All staff were very helpful and welcoming especially to my 5 year old who ended up needing, drops, glasses and a referral to hospital for a follow up. They put him at ease and he left happy! We were given a cancellation for later the same day to get his prescription sorted to prevent delay in him getting his much needed glasses! One lady even went so far as to give him a donut when he was crying from the drops!
