There was nice and quite at the shop. The old lady, receptionist was so careing and kind. The optician was polite which was very good for me. The assistant was so patient and listend what I want. That was nice shop.

It was nice and quite at Romford's one. Especially, an old lady, receptionist was so caring and kind. The optician was polite which is very good for me. The assistant listend what I want and she was very patient with me. However she seemed not so happy when I wanted to use my boots offers. I know profits is important but that made me a bit uncomfortable.

I have been consistently impressed in recent visits to this branch; the staff are always very helpful. My optometrist came across as being very thorough and asked about issues that she had read about on my notes from previous visits.
