My appointment was booked for 4pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Staff were extremely happly and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and the optician took their time with the eye test and gave me good advice on what I needed.

I was most impressed with my eye test. I was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived and had two tests prior to meeting Frank the Optometrist He proved to be a very professional man that took time to ask and listen to my health problems. Then following up with as many tests that could be done at that time and on his recommendation I will be making another appointment to return with my husband for another test where drops will be put into my eyes to enlarge the pupils. Overall the whole experience was really good and I would recommend friends and family to use them.
