I have booiked app online. Didn't know I have booked in another boots in Romford. Went to the same as usual. Came 20 earlier. We were seen by lady at the reception. She confirmed app and asked to wait to be seen. Thats fine but we waited 40min. Chased them why nobody seen us as yet? Then they cheched twice on the system. No answer and when they said my app is in another boots!!!! After 40min!!!! She could check before and informed me about this. I did make mistake booking online but they need to pay more attention to detail and customer service and informed me before hand. They do see all info on the system but nobody care...
