Everyone wanted to put me at ease. Everything was explained as we went along. The optpmetrist checked everything carefully and explained why she was re-checking certain results and altering my previous prescription.When collecting my glasses,although the department was very busy I was treated courteously and was not rushed. In general- a good experience.

I had purchased a pair of glasses last year.I visited ur store on 17/1/17 to have them adjusted.I saw a young lady Nadi'a who was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble,after having them adjusted the 1st time I had to go back later in the day to have adjusted again.Nadi'a was absolutely brilliant & very friendly.
