The Optitions was very helpful and professional unlike the staff member who carried out the initial routine checks as I heard her discussing other team members and my personal details on the shop floor whilst I was waiting in the waiting area to be seen. I reported this to Optitions and I made it very clear to the staff member I question that I was not happy with her unprofessional behaviour! Apart from the Particular staff member, I was very happy with the service as I have been having vision tests with Boots for many year and this is the first negative encountour I have every experienced!
