Offered a 10.45am appointment which necessitated getting the first bus at 10 am.for a 40 min. journey. It was pointed out that 10 mins was allowed before the appointment was voided. Unfortunately the bus was a few mins late and I arrived just before 11am after a run through Peterborough to the shop. The staff refused me the appointment and I declined to make another. I'm shopping locally now - less hassle. Won't be bothering Boots Queensgate again.
