Although the overall appointment went relatively smoothly, I felt I was being passed around unnecessarily. Moreover, the purpose behind the tests was not explained, nor the overall results. Finally, I was left to sit for quite a while before a member of the sales staff became free - perhaps staffing levels need to be reviewed.
