Made an appointment through Boots online system at the Queensgate branch but on arriving the could not find it dispite having received a confirmation email. They managed to make an appointment for 1/2 hour later with the Long causeway branch. The service at the Long Causeway branch was very good, Zara the optician and the assistant Pat were very friendly and efficient.
