I was greeted by Yvonne as soon as I walked in. I was early for my appointment but she made time to talk me through lenses and my pre-screening. We found out we are both sufferers of Migraines and she made everything so much easier for me. She knew light was an issue so pre-warned me and then gave me time to rest my eyes after. From start to finish she was brilliant, welcoming and professional.

Initial service at the reception area of the Nottingham Victoria centre branch was poor. No interest to come and speak to me even though 3-4 of team stood in a group chatting about personal lives. Actual service from optometrist Trevor and an exceptionally patient colleague of his Jane was first rate. They were very personable considerate and almost made up for a very poor first impression.

Excellent modern equipment and facilities, and a large range of frames to chose from. Wide range of lenses, and contact lenses.
