When I arrived there was a large queue at reception and no staff at the desk. I had to wait around 15 minutes before I was spoken to. This then made my appointment late. Other than that the experience was good and staff were really helpful and friendly.

Nothing to be improved .The care and attention I received was 100 percent.The first part off eye test was the same.Than choosing my glasses the young man was so helpful and honest on which frame suited me.The optometrist was so nice and friendly .All in all I came away a happy customer. The names were James and Naj .well done boots.

I had 2 assistants called Hayley and Sue. Both very professional and explained what they where doing. And my Optometrist Muz was again very professional. I'd highly recommended having your eye tests here.
