Today I was assisted by Rachel at Nottingham Victoria Centre. She was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. Rachel was very friendly and was not too pushy when going through my options. Rachel really helped my shopping experience today.

Th optometrist was very friendly and helpful and gave me some good advice. she gave me better advice then the eye hospital department as she told me how to get rid of eye problem. I was very impressed and would recommend her to other people. it is nice to see friendly and helpful staff. The optometrist even booked me a follow up appointment to check infection had gone.

Excellent service from all staff involved in all stages of the eye test. A few improvement opportunities based on my experience - 1. The online booking process needs to sync with the in store version. My online booking and subsequent alteration didn't appear in store when I confirmed my booking. 2. A better area needs to be set aside for the pre-test checks. It is too cramped and impersonal. 3. Also not sure why personal details (health, life style etc) need to be taken twice. Krishna and Ben were really quick and helpful, perfect because I was a bit late and had the last appointment slot. Can't remember the name of the girl that sorted out my prescription but she was really friendly and sensitive - even while her colleagues were trying to shut the shop!

Although the appointment was easy to arrange and I had a text confirming the appointment when I arrived and went to the check in desk I was told there was no appointment on the system. I explained that I had travelled early to attend the appointment and did not make that journey very often. The staff member said they were fully booked and I would have to come back another day. Having the text confirming my appointment could not be explained. It was all very disappointing especially as no one could tell me who had made my appointment other than it would have been the call centre.
