Clare was the member of staff attending the fitting of the glasses. A very nice attentive and knowledgeful person. However I had to return the spectacles as their were marks on the lenses which would wipe of and so received a refund

The eye test was very thorough. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I wasn't kept waiting too long. The cold drinking water was very much appreciated on a very hot day. Thank you.

The entire journey from entering practice, through to leaving with prescription was seamless. Friendly staff, made to feel really comfortable and the optometrist talked me through everything. Would definitely recommend. Well done Boots for making a visit to the Opticians feel much better than just one of those chores.

Was not happy that i expressly asked for an 8 o'clock appointment yet had to wait about 30 mins to get in.
