Staff were helpful and informative unfortunately they also had to be very apologetic! On arrival I was told there was a 30 minute delay which finally ended up being 55 mins delay but only because I agreed to see a different consultant to the one I had specifically booked with. This was the same for other people, a woman's who sat next me said she had been in area one and three quarter hours. It would seem the appointment slots are not timed sufficiently. By the time I had sorted new frames I had wasted the whole afternoon.
