I didn't see an optometrist on this occasion apart from him checking the measurements taken by the optician who helped me choose glasses (I already had my prescription). Clare was extremely helpful and I had much more confidence in her than in the previous person there who had sold me glasses - in fact my visit was prompted by the fact that the varifocal transitional glasses I had bought previously I was far from happy with. I already have contact lenses and whilst there was able to cancel one set as I am stockpiling them at the moment.
