Excellent service from all staff involved in all stages of the eye test. A few improvement opportunities based on my experience - 1. The online booking process needs to sync with the in store version. My online booking and subsequent alteration didn't appear in store when I confirmed my booking. 2. A better area needs to be set aside for the pre-test checks. It is too cramped and impersonal. 3. Also not sure why personal details (health, life style etc) need to be taken twice. Once by initial check in and then by the optometrist. Hope this helps Regards Steve Seagrave
