Upon arrival to store I was greated by a very lovely gentleman who I think was a manager because his uniform was different, I recall his name was Ben. He introduced me to Liz a very chirpy and lovely lady, she did my first checks and made me feel so much at ease. Each aspect was explained to me and she was just very lovely, Liz introduced me to my optometrist and made sure that everything we discussed was correct. Sameen was very lovely too she was very comforting and professional, she discussed any concearns that I had and told me everything I needed to know. She had even told me about contact lenses which I'd never been too sure on but after my test I decided to book an appointment to try them. All in all a very good experience
