I am completely frustrated by the appalling service from Boots opticians. From receiving the reminder to book our appointments for myself, partner & children. There is clearly a breakdown in communication between HO & stores. The whole set up up has become so disorganised, and a real let down, very disappointed and will take a big turnaround in acknowledging the errors made for us to return. To add insult to injury, we were kept waiting 25 mins yesterday, after specifically requesting the early appointment- poor organisation!
