The team member Patricia was absolutely fantastic! She helped me for ages trying to find the right glasses and sunglasses as I am very fussy it took awhile. She was patient, extremely helpful and honest about what didn't suit me and what did. The optometrist explained to me things I hadn't previous understood from previous visit to other optometrists. I felt well looked after and didn't feel like I was being rushed to leave. I am extremely happy with both my glasses and sunglasses and impressed with the excellent service and care.
