Managed to easily select an appointment the next day by booking online which was easy. Upon arriving, a girl called Elizabeth who was very welcoming took me straight to the waiting area which I was seen straight away by a gentlemen called Dan. He was extremely polite and professional, and explained the process. I was then seen by the optometrist Sunita, who again, was very informative and very welcoming. I am not fond of having my eyes being looked at but Sunita made me feel at ease through the whole process. I was very happy with the whole team at boots opticians.
