It was difficult to get through on the phone to make an appointment. The phone options did not direct to the correct department - I selected the option for the opticians but it was connected to Advantage card instead. I then phoned the main number and asked to be transferred to the opticians - there was no answer. Eventually I phoned a national number for the opticians and made an appointment that way. When I arrived for the appointment, the meet and greet was not clear. There was a desk facing the wall and a number of staff huddled round looking at a screen. I felt I had to interrupt them to announce that I'd arrived. The actual appointment once I got to see the optician was very good, he was very polite and I felt I received good care and advice.
