Fully informed of what was happening from arriving to departing. Dan welcomed me and did my initial testing, chatty and informative explaining everything. Sunita was the Optometrist who was just fabulous, knowledgeable, detailed, informative, easy to talk to. Explained all options, make recommendations and handed me over to Sandra. Sandra was superb, honest on my glasses selections, concerned about fitting, very very precise and detailed in measurements and fun to talk to, she spoke incredibly knowledgeably about all products on offer. Bought two pairs and am looking forward to coming back for the fitting.
