It was very busy but the staff apologised.waited about 20 mins . That happens . Becky who looked after me was very relaxed but dealt professionally with me in friendly manner . Transferring to optometrist smooth . Agin looked after well , clear explanations . Returned to select glasses and Becky helped .. well after store was meant to be closing . But not pressured . Overall. Very satisfied
