I was seen by a lovely young gentleman from Sheffield, I cant quite remember his name, he was extremely helpful when choosing my glasses, offering me all the relevant products, but at them same time giving no pressure, I felt like it was all my choice. I will return to see him when I pick my glasses up hopefully as he made me feel at ease the entire time. credit to
