The staff and Optometrist at the Boots HQ branch are really helpful and make you feel at ease. Explained all the way through my assessment what was happeining etc. Gave really good advise and didn't put any pressure on what I should need or have. I also had a problem with my current glasses, were the inside of the arms (over the ear) has gone slighly green on the metal. They took then in removed the arms and gave them a really good clean all within half an hour.

I did feel a little like I was in trouble for not cleaning my contact lenses correctly - but this was probably what I needed to make me do it! Other people may not respond so well to this advice though! Very thorough service and everything was explained as we went along which I found really helpful and interesting.
