Nothing to improve. The whole team was fantastic. I will suffering with blurred vision and genuinely scared. The team fit me into an early appointment on the day i came to see them and the optometrist was incredible. He took the time to listen to my whole background and symptoms and then went through the full tests. He took the time to explain in detail what my symptoms meant and what the test revealed. He then referred me to my GP and left me feeling calmer and knowledgeable about my next steps towards resolution. Excellent.

Warm welcome. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and efficient staff. I was given a very comprehensive and thorough examination. My wife also had an appointment and was equally pleased with her experience.

Really helpful and friendly team, I felt they had lots of time for me. I was slightly anxious about the eye test but they made me feel at ease. Really professional and helpful with lots of advice. This is my second visit and I will not hesitate to return for my next scheduled appointment to this team.
