It's a shame that you failed to name boots in Derby under east midland,according to my knowledge there are 2 boots optician in Intu derby.Any way my appointment was okay but the fact that I wasn't informed about the cost when I booked the appointment made me so annoyed.I received a voucher for free eye test,and I thought why not as am working on computers all day I better get checked,after the appointment the optician said I was fine nothing is wrong with mu sight I thanked the ladies and walked away,before I reached out,I heard a strong aggressive voice shouting my name,I turned back and it was on of the ladies from the counter, she told me I needed to pay,I was surprised I said I thought it was free and she told me because I didn't buy any glassess I must pay,very fortunate I had money with me so went back and pay but if I hadn't I could have been very embarrassed.I won't consider going back to boots opticians in the future.
