Great care by the staff, very friendly, approachable and knowledgable. The only bad thing I can say is that you have to pay for your current frames to be updated with new lenses. I bought my current frames only 1 year ago from the same store and feel I shouldn't have to pay to keep these. I have paid allot for these already so to feel I am affectively paying for them again feels like a waste of money. Also I do not have my prescription from the chemist and this should of been included in my care pack.
