The optometrist was 25 minutes late for my appointment. I had to ask how much longer my wait would be, as my expectations were not managed by the team. I'm not sure if they were short staffed on not which ked to this, but the experience of waiting was not very pleasant. The test was fine. Overall the experience was dissapointing. they could have called to say they were running late.
