The only reason I give 4 * for the first 2 answers is:- answer 1... I would say that I have always been given excellent service, but I also believe that people should be allowed to make up their own minds about who to go to; answer 2...I was happy to accept booking given, so I do not really know how well / easy it might be for someone who is maybe not so flexible on times / dates as me.

The Boots personnel I met (Paulina, Darragh & Emily) were thoroughly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My only concern was that when I telephoned to make an appointment, it became clear my records had not been updated from my previous visit but that was quickly rectified.
