Becky was extremely patient when I had to change my choice of frames. She gave me an honest opinion of what suited me. She explained what I was happening at each stage of the process.

The service was efficient but I felt that I was being up sold and offered options I didn't really need re: different lens types etc. Pressure was put on to choose glasses same day while I was in store. During the consultation I was able to read the smallest letters perfectly well using current glasses and wasn't clear on why I was recommended new ones.

I had a 9:15 am appointment but didn't see the optometrist until 10:15 am. You then assume that I have the time to discuss new glasses with your sales staff. This is unacceptable and I am inclined to go elsewhere.

I tried to make an appointment online, but although I received an acknowledgement I never received an appointment. Eventually I went up got the store and was able to book one easily.
