All the staff in the Norwich castle mall store are excellent, I found the person I spoke to on the phone regarding a failed direct debit a bit less than helpful, he kept insisting it was an issue with my bank but my bank informed me no request for the direct debit was ever sent to them!

I have been a glasses wearer for 62 years and this is the most thorough eye I have ever had. All staff were polite kind and helpful.

Great service. Made me feel comfortable and gave me plenty of time and advice on styles of glasses too. Would advise anyone to go to Boots Norwich for an eye test.

All staff are unfailingly welcoming and helpful - and patient (when I'm choosing new glasses!). Optometrist involved me in every stage of the eyesight test and made me feel human - rather than yet another customer - and acknowledged any comments I made. The young lady who carried out the initial tests adopted the same approach. I have no hesitation in recommending Boots. On separate issue, I found my 'free eyesight test' voucher attached to my reminder letter when I returned home!
