The appointments for my eye test and contact lense check up were fine and all 3 ladies I saw were friendly and helpful but the appointment was about 20mins late and there always seems to be a lot of staff flapping around unnecessarily and it seems very disorganised.

I didn't have to wait to be seen. Everything was explained fully. The optometrist was excellent and fully answered any questions I had.
