I came for an eye lens check and an eye test. I arranged this online for 12.15. The eye lens check was comprehensive and I was seen on time.
However, my eye test apparently was then much later with over an hour in between. I was unable to attend this because I had a train to catch. I travel over an hour to my nearest Boot's optician and was dismayed that both tests were not done one after the other.
When I went online it stated very clearly that both were due February. When I arrived I was told I didn't need either - eye lens test in July and an eye test in September.
It obviously makes sense to have both together.

The whole process was very professional everything was explained to me as we progressed through my visit. There is nothing that needs improving.
All staff that dealt with me were polite and professional. I went to see and optician because I had a problem with one of my eyes and was concerned. All the tests were carried out and then when I meet the optician they were explained fully to me and she put my mind at rest that there was no serious problem. She was at all times caring in the way she dealt with me.
