Very happy with service. Very professional and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. The only aspect was the vast array of choice of glasses and frames at the store were lacking half lens frame choice. The type you can look over the top of for distance and look down for close reading. I did manage to find suitable glasses though and the staff were excellent. Many thanks

Very informative. Did not pressure me into a sale of new glasses as I didnt really need a change this time. Although I did decide to buy some new reading glasses.

Quick - efficient - able to explain simply to my partner for whom English is 2nd language - staff did not discriminate us as a sane sex couple. Glasses arrived in 2 weeks.
