I lost my glasses so came back choose a new frame had a 25% voucher so price was great. Thicee young lady was easy to talk to did not pressurise me in any way,Sorted out what I needed and I came back week later. Very good service indeed

The eye tests and consultations are all handled well. The only down side is the length of time it takes to get glasses made our lenses replaced. I have 2 children who wear glasses and their prescriptions change every 3 months so they only really need the lenses changed and not frames. This isn't possible because of the 2 week lead time and the fact they cannot go without glasses for that period so the only option is to buy another pair. Not practical and a burden on the NHS. This is making me consider one of your competitors who offers a quick service. If you want to improve consider offering a quick replacement service on sure. Happy to pay then wait for 2 weeks for base lenses to arrive but shape and fit in an hour on site so the customers can keep a pair to wear in the meantime.
