Everybody was and always is very welcoming, friendly, informative and really pleasant. I did have to wait quite a while at the end for someone to come and help me select new sunglasses but another staff member came and sincerely apologised and said I would be next.

My appointment time was fine and I did not have to wait that long. I was quite concerned when I went in as I knew that my eyes werent quite right but the Optometrist I saw really made me relax. He was quite funny which helped me. I really dont know what you can do to improve things as everything seems fine as it is.

I had my eyes tested and decided to try contact lenses for a trial. Initially, the contact lenses felt uncomfortable. Went back to boots saw a lovely lady called Emma who changed my brand of contact lenses. They now feel comfortable to wear. Very professionally service .
