Really good service. Kind and friendly staff who worked very professionally.
Very easy to book online using my advantage card log in.
Booked an appointment through the call centre for myself and husband for the April 29th but I was booked into the wrong clinic so had to move to a week later. Also put a hold on my contact lens plan but it was cancelled instead. Staff in branch were so apologetic and helpful.

As I have a prisimm in my glasses it is always a problem picking out frames etc. to take the heavy prisimm. This branch knows me and always help me to pick frames. Because of my prescription it always take 3/4 weeks to make them. On several occasions they come to the branch and are damaged {scratches on lens/ broken arms etc} this then take a further 3/4 weeks, meanwhile Boots have the full payment for the glasses. I have been tempted to change optitians but as there is only one maker who can make these lens I don't have a lot of options. If this was a one off occasion I wouldn't mind but this is now happening every time, which is every year at the moment. I am sure if Boots complained to the makers I'm sure they would inspect the glasses before sending to the Branch.
Paulina, who helped me choose my frames and lenses was excellent. She was very informed and helpful.
