Overall it went very well all the staff were polite and as helpful as they possibly could be, my only comment would be a very strong suggestion to Boots as a company to buy 1 or 2 taller movable chairs. I suffer from osteoarthritis amongst other things and found getting down to sit on the what I would consider very low chairs difficult also having to get up and down 3 times in the assessment prior to seeing the optometrist. I am confident I would not be the only one to find it an improvement.

I'd like continuity of help. I felt as though I was on a conveyor belt some of the time - I prefer something a bit more personal. All staff were courteous and helpful
