Pre care was very good. I was then waiting for 15 minutes to see my optician. She did apologise and the service and thoroughness I received was 1st class

The best experience at this branch of Boots in Castle Mall in Norwich ever, 8/6/17.
Thoroughly recommended, they were friendly and utter professionals.
Book your visit test but no guarantee you will get the same staff though!!
