Excellent eye test examinations and feedback....no issues with these at all. However, I also came in to collect a new pair of sunglasses, and was dealt with by a completely separate assistant who was quite unfriendly to say the least. The frame on original pair fractured for no apparent reason. The replacement pair seem fine, however, I was somewhat concerned to hear the assistant say that the original frame could have been affected by sunlight resulting in the breakage. This was not something that I'd expected to hear, as the whole point of the glasses is that they are worn outside, and am now concerned that the same problem could happen again. Please could someone get back to me on this point. Thank you.
