From my point of view the whole experience from booking the contact lens appointment paying the bill was made as easy as possible and as I suffer from mobility problems it was much appreciated.

Excellent customer service by the staff, really welcoming and friendly. Problem resolved by a member of staff, very pleased with their help and outcome.
