Online booking system is a nightmare. I wanted to see what appointments were available at my local Norwich store (which has all my records) and instead the system forces me to choose every day and half day and then shows me availability at stores I don't want to visit.

The young man who assisted me took a lot of time ensuring I got exactly the right shape for my small face. Even taking photos on my phone so I could see what they looked like!!
