I have had the same optometrist for some years and feel very happy and confident with him. This time I did not need a new prescription, however I did decide to buy new sunglasses with protective lenses. The staff have always been very helpful.

The pre eye sight procedures could be improved, attitude wise. Although tests were carried out satisfactory. Just unfortunate attitude.

Nothing could be improved, I've always used boots as my children's optician... They are so welcoming and friendly and not is too much trouble..
