The support staff and optometrist were helpful, professional and personable. My only issue is with the cost of both the glasses and additional coatings etc. Your major competitor's cost far less for what appears to be very similar products.

The person who did my eye test could be a little less brusque in manner. The person who did my contact eye test was very good.

I had to call several times because nobody answers the phone, even if you just leave it ringing. This happens every time I try to contact Boots Opticians Castle Mall, not just on this one occasion. There was a waste of time at the end of the appointment where the optometrist asked me to take a seat and I waited for another member of staff to come over to give me my prescription in a cardboard folder and ask me if I have any questions. I felt like I was handed from person to person rather a lot. I do, however, find the staff very friendly, polite, professional and thorough. I trust what the optometrists tell me and feel I receive good care here. There are always a large number of staff around to help.
