Both Aimee and Emma made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. They made me feel an important customer. Infact I really can't fault anything about boots professional approach to total eye care. You feel that it's not just about selling glasses but the real care of your eyes. Huge thanks ladies.

they staff were brilliant with my 4 year old. they were really friendly.The only thing is when it came to picking glasses for my little boy there isn't much to choose from for the kids.

It was a very good feeling for me, being of mixed race and foreign as well, being treated with respect, care and politeness. All the time, I was informed about what was going to be done. Everybody there, made sure I was relaxed and comfortable as well. I needed an appointment early in the morning. It was possible. I couldn't believe it. There are good affordable prices there in comparison with other countries. I do not feel anything could be improved there. Thank you, for this opportunity to express myself.

I felt totally cared for during my visit to the opticians. I was initially met by Patrick a very engaging and entertaining young man he took me through some Health checks and was really happy and seemed thorough. I then saw Darragh who was really professional . He explained everything really well and I'm a fan of an Irish accident. Following the test I was seen my Amy who was really patient and encouraging and helped me pick a pair of glasses really happy with my choice. Will definitely be back.

The service was very good it's nice to still see a familiar face of a member of staff Fern , she's dealt with my and any problems over the last 6yrs .. so I always know iam being well looked after
