My last few visits to Boots Opticians at Castle Mall in Norwich, have all been about problems with the frames etc of my glasses. However, the staff on the floor have always been extremely helpful, polite and happy. They try to get my problems sorted as quickly and easily as possible, to make sure I am not inconvenienced. I believe the young lady who dealt with me yesterday was called 'Fern' and she was representative of all the staff that I have come in contact with, they really do give customer service a GOOD name. Thanks again girls (and boys)

A very thorough eyesight test, with a follow up GAT test Darragh was very professional, kind, explained all aspects of test and happy to answer any questions I had. I would not go anywhere else for my eyesight checks or glasses.

Staff were fantastic my two small children were extremely well looked after. Everything was explained very well to them and me and the staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Can't compliment them enough! Thank you

I absolutely love going to Boots in Castle Mall Norwich for my eye checks. The staff there are always so helpful and kind. The whole process was quick, thorough and I felt very reassured. I particularly liked that there was no awful hard sell and I was allowed and encouraged to make up my own mind what I wanted to do next. My optometrist was called Ian and he was fab.
