My last few visits to Boots Opticians at Castle Mall in Norwich, have all been about problems with the frames etc of my glasses. However, the staff on the floor have always been extremely helpful, polite and happy. They try to get my problems sorted as quickly and easily as possible, to make sure I am not inconvenienced. I believe the young lady who dealt with me yesterday was called 'Fern' and she was representative of all the staff that I have come in contact with, they really do give customer service a GOOD name. Thanks again girls (and boys)
