Arranging the appointment proved to be time consuming. An initial e-mail request took several days to receive a reply and didn't offer useful alternative appointments. I had asked for two possible Friday afternoons and was offered different days of the week/times. I then tried the phone number on two occasions at different times but was on hold for too long so gave up. On the third attempt I finally got through and then found the staff member to be helpful and efficient. At the actual appointments staff were very good although the process did feel a bit like a slightly convoluted production line, being passed from one person to another. Overall though the experience was positive and I came away satisfied.
