The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and honest, giving information and guidance when trying on all the different frames. Becky, who worked with me and my daughter, was great, as was her supervisor Nicky. Fern an assistant manager, was also exceptionally helpful. Customer service within the branch is wonderful and I have never had a problem with them in all the years that I've been using them.
